Can we use any caterer we like?
We reserve the right to approve your chosen caterer, and will check with their local authority to ensure they are a registered caterer. We require that your caterer, once approved signs a contract with us and pay a bond of £1,000 (inc VAT). This bond is refundable if we are happy that our kitchens and equipment are left as found and that all health and safety regulations have been met.
