How to find us

Harrogate is in North Yorkshire situated about 200 miles from London almost midway between London and Edinburgh and between Liverpool and Hull. It is easily accessible via road, rail, bus and air with regular connections from all over the UK.

By road

Via A1(M)

  • From the South - M1 – A1(M)
  • From the North - A1(M)
  • From the East - M621 – A1(M)
  • From the West - M56 – M62 – A1(M)
    • Exit A1(M) at Junction 47 and follow Harrogate A59, then A658 and then A661
    • At the traffic lights on the A661 next to the Sainsbury’s store turn left into Railway Road and follow signs to Pavilions of Harrogate. 
  • From Leeds A61 or Bradford A658

    • At the roundabout at the junction of these routes follow signs for York / A1 on the A658.
    • At the next roundabout take the A661 signed Harrogate.
    • At the traffic lights on the A661 next to the Sainsbury’s store turn left into Railway Road and follow signs to Pavilions of Harrogate.
  • All routes on the outskirts of Harrogate

    • Look out for the brown tourist signs to Yorkshire Event Centre and Pavilions of Harrogate

By bus or coach

Harrogate is well-served from many areas of the UK by the National Express Coach service.  Call 08717 818181 for full details of direct services and connections via Leeds.

The nearest bus stop to Pavilions of Harrogate is on Wetherby Road opposite Sainsbury’s. Cross the road, bear right and enter by the pedestrian gate about a 5 minute walk away. 

By rail

Harrogate is located midway between Leeds and York, with regular commuter train services on the local line between York, Harrogate and Leeds operated by Northern Rail. This service has good connections with Inter City trains from across the UK at both Leeds and York. 

There are two trains an hour between Harrogate and Leeds plus one an hour between Harrogate and York during most of the day, with extra services at peak times. Both journeys are about 30 minutes.

We are about 2 miles from Harrogate train station, where taxis and buses are available to complete your journey.

Hornbeam Park station is about 1.5 miles from us but there are no taxis available at this station without pre-booking.

Harrogate Train and Bus stations are situated next to each other in the town centre.

By air

Leeds Bradford International Airport operates daily scheduled flights and worldwide connections and direct flights from the UK and Europe, is only a 20 minute drive from Harrogate. For further information please click here or phone 0113 250 9696.
