We want your visitors to arrive stress free to enjoy your event and will do everything possible to ensure this.

Pavilions of Harrogate and its sister venue, Yorkshire Event Centre, are located on the well signposted and long established events venue of the Great Yorkshire Showground.

A What’s On listing is provided on this website which can give full details about your event and provide visitors with links to your own website.

There are extensive how to find us details on this website, and brown tourist signs on the major routes will help direct them here once they are on the road. We can also arrange yellow special event signage on your behalf at preferential rates.

Once visitors arrive at the venue they can park for free. There are no meters, no discs, no pay and display, and no pay on exit to worry about. In addition you may wish to make use of the services of our team of experienced car parking stewards.

When visitors enter the building they will find the rooms fully accessible, with excellent cloakrooms and toilets, including full disabled facilities.

And whilst they are with us they can enjoy our fabulous freshly cooked and locally sourced food, tailored to meet the needs of your event. As they go home, they may even wish to stop at our award winning food shop, Fodder, and take a taste of Yorkshire home with them.

If your exhibitors or visitors are here for more than the day and need accommodation, Harrogate has a wide variety of quality hotels, guest houses and bed and breakfasts to suit all tastes and pockets within a short distance of the venue.
