With 14 versatile rooms of various sizes to choose from, whether you are organising a small one-day sale, or a major trade show, at Pavilions of Harrogate you may find the facilities to suit your event.

All of our tastefully furnished rooms are easily accessible for contractors, exhibitors and visitors alike, and benefit from natural light and black out facilities.

The largest is the Wharfe Room with 676 m², and there are 3 others with floor space of over 280m² in each, the Aire Room, Derwent Room and Calder Room. They can all be used independently or in conjunction with each other. The Wharfe and Calder Rooms have large loading doors of sufficient size to be able to stage an indoor display of vehicles.

In addition to the versatility of our 4 large rooms, we have a range of others ideal for use as workshop areas, VIP facilities, exhibitor lounges, or for catering for your visitors.

These include the Nidd Room adjoining the Derwent Room, the recently opened Crimple, Ryedale  and Fountains Rooms, and the Cover and Fewston Rooms.

Our only rooms at first floor level are the elegant and relaxing Swale and Esk Rooms, which enjoy splendid views from a balcony, over the scenic Crimple Valley and are perfect for VIP facilities.

Even the smallest Byland Room and Swinsty Rooms are useful for organiser’s offices or storage.

Outside our extensive grounds and car parks provide all sorts of other possibilities for outdoor exhibits.

And if the 2,300 m² of gross floor space at Pavilions of Harrogate is not sufficient our sister venue, Yorkshire Event Centre, has 5372 m² of indoor exhibition space and acres of outdoor possibilities.
