With 14 rooms to choose from, whether you are organising a one to one interview or a major conference, whatever the size of your meeting or conference, at Pavilions of Harrogate you will find the facilities to suit your event.

All of our easily accessible and tastefully furnished rooms benefit from natural light and black out facilities and all but two (Swale & Esk Rooms) are at ground floor level. A lift is available for use within the first floor rooms. 

Free wireless internet access is available in all rooms.

In addition to the versatility of our 4 large rooms the Calder, Derwent, Wharfe and Aire, which can accommodate theatre style from 280 to 640 or cabaret style for between 120 to 240, we have a range of other rooms ideal either for use as breakout or workshop areas or independently for smaller meetings.

The Derwent Room is particularly flexible with a folding partition to create a syndicate area, and the adjoining Nidd Room also available.

The smallest of our rooms, the Byland and Swinsty Rooms are ideal for interviews, or organiser’s offices.

The Cover Room makes an ideal training room and includes state of the art audio visual equipment. The Fewston Room opposite is ideal for whatever refreshments and catering you might need whilst meeting in the Cover Room, or for smaller meetings on its own.

The elegance of the relaxing Swale and Esk Rooms which enjoy splendid views from a balcony over the scenic Crimple Valley is perfect for board meetings.

Or if you want an equally intimate setting, we have the recently opened Crimple and Ryedale Rooms opening straight out onto our lawned gardens, or adjacent Fountains Room.
