Whether you have a handful of guests or several hundred, at Pavilions of Harrogate you will find the ideal space in which to entertain your guests.

We have intimate suites where royalty and celebrities have been entertained, like the Swale and Esk Rooms which enjoy splendid views from a balcony over the scenic Crimple Valley. Or if  you want an equally intimate setting, opening straight out onto our lawned gardens, we have the recently opened Crimple and Ryedale Rooms.

If you are planning a much larger celebration you could enjoy a drinks reception in the Aire Room for four hundred or more guests, followed by a meal in the adjoining Wharfe Room.

And in between we have the versatility of the Derwent and Nidd Rooms, and our most popular wedding room, the Calder Room.

All our rooms are easily accessible and tastefully furnished to a high standard, enjoying natural daylight, with most opening onto lawned gardens surrounded by stone colonnades, where your guests can enjoy their reception drinks whilst you have your photographs taken.

If you are looking for an alternative to a church or a registry office to get married, have a blessing or renew your vows, most of our rooms are approved for civil ceremonies.

Whichever room you choose, you have our guarantee that there will not be another wedding in the adjoining rooms to yours.

Your wedding co-ordinator will be happy to help and advise you on how best to lay-out your chosen room with top table, guests’ seating, dance floor, staging, lounge areas and anything else you require.
